Oil collecting pot
Our round, universally applicable ETN oil collector has been developed for common rail widths of 5-19 mm. The square ETN oil collecting tanks are to be used for rail widths of 5-28.6 mm. Due to their small depth (rail overhang), they are particularly suitable in tight spaces in the elevator shaft. For both types, we recommend our associated magnet holding system, which allows for safe positioning on the rail at any height, preferably where the elevator reaches its lowest position, because then the excess oil can not fall to the floor and splashed. An additional support surface is therefore not necessary. This easy-to-mount rail fastening system consists of a magnetic holding system that prevents the container from slipping off even in the case of heavy rail oiling. The magnet is enclosed by a holder whose geometry ensures optimal positioning of the container by means of a sliding guide. Due to the low centers of gravity, the containers can also be set up stable on the shaft floor, even without a magnetic holding system. The proven sealing lip geometry of the ETN oil cask has been further optimized for years. A slight downward slope of the sealing lip creates a forced guidance for the stripped oil in the direction of the container.
