Insert
Insert
Inserts are the sliding parts between holding shoes and rails. Their quality is crucial for the movement of the elevator or counterweight comparable to the tires of a vehicle. The materials used are decisive for their lubricity, load capacity, noise and wear. Our insoles can be made of VU (honey color), TPU (red), PA (green) or PE (gray-black), in special cases we also supply inserts made of TPE (white). The PE used is a high molecular weight low pressure polyethylene, machined, with the very best sliding properties and the highest load values. In combination with a Cell-VU-backfilling it is also the quietest version.
